About us
I feel very proud to tell that we are succeeding in our aim and we have provided all the things and features and the customer has also appreciated us. I am thankful to God that we are able to implement all the things that we felt and I hope to make an even better impact in the future. While doing the work, we also take care of greenery. This type of material is used to ensure that there is no environmental pollution due to our construction.
We started land survey work in 2002 and, while working on this, the company was registered in 2007 and named Ashliya Engineers Services. While working on land surveys at a Pan-India level, this company was converted into a private limited company in 2013 and named Ashliya Consultants Private Limited.
While continuously working in land surveys, we completed challenging projects in different places and remote areas on time with full quality. Many times, the conditions were very difficult, but the morale of the team was always high. This unwavering spirit helped the company climb the ladder of success, enhancing its reputation and ensuring a continuous flow of projects. The company has also successfully undertaken projects abroad.
While working in the field of land survey, we either rented a house to stay or stayed in a hotel. During our stays in different types of houses in various areas, we realized that most houses were overly complex and built without proper planning. We observed that some houses had very small rooms, others were too open, but most of them suffered from inefficient use of space. The primary reason for this was a lack of thoughtful design.
Sometimes these houses are located outside settlements in open areas, sometimes in the middle of a city, sometimes in semi-urban areas, or sometimes in villages. Mostly, we try to build them outside settlements in open spaces, so it becomes convenient to access the site, and the air remains clean.
During this time, we thought, why not build a good house in an open area, slightly away from the city, designed by a professional team? This house should feature large, open rooms with interconnected spaces, be supervised by an expert team to avoid negligence during construction, and use high-quality branded materials to ensure strength and durability. Most importantly, it should help reduce the fatigue people feel after a long day’s work.
Constructing such houses could bring significant change to our society. This idea underwent extensive brainstorming, was well-received, and the entire team became very enthusiastic about it. Finally, in 2022, Ashliya Infratech LLP was registered as a construction company, marking the beginning of a new journey and a fresh start for this innovative idea.
While working, we also ensure to take care of greenery, emphasizing sustainability in our projects.
